Admin People and Groups

At a glance

  • Routes: /admin/people, /admin/people/new-person, /admin/people/new-group. Manage allowlists, approvals, and segmentation groups.

Do this

  1. Review person records and statuses in /admin/people.
  2. Add specific attendee identities in /admin/people/new-person.
  3. Create audience group in /admin/people/new-group.
  4. Assign group memberships and use groups for document/schedule targeting.

Important inputs:

Person/group fields:

  • Person: email, optional name, source/status
  • Group: name, description, color, sortOrder
  • Membership: groupId, email

When it fails

  • User cannot sign in: verify allowlist/approval status.
  • Group-based access not working: verify membership and permission mapping.
  • Duplicate person/group records: clean up and enforce naming convention.
