Frontend Overview

At a glance

This page section if you are an organizer or attendee who wants to understand what people can do on the event website.

Do this

Start on the About page to confirm event details.
Review Schedule and RSVP flows.
Test payment flow if your event collects money.
Sign in and test protected pages (documents, polls, photos, profile).

Important inputs:

Organizer settings that control frontend behavior:

Event mode: active or post-event
RSVP enabled/disabled
Allowed attendee emails
Admin emails (controls admin menu visibility)

When it fails

A menu link is missing: check event mode and whether RSVP is enabled.
User keeps getting sent to Sign In: confirm they are allowed and signed in.
User cannot see admin options: confirm their email is listed as admin.
